Question:
Does anyone have trouble eating late in the day early evening?

I am able to have a small protein drink in the am and a fairly nice size lunch in the afternoon, but I seem to have alot of problems with dinner,I can either eat hardly anything or if I eat a fsmall amount I get sick. no matter what time I eat 5-7 pm. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or know why this is?    — jane O. (posted on September 15, 2003)

I am just the opposite!! I can eat late in the day, but I have a hard time eating my first meal of the day! LOL!!
