Question:
Have any of you used Dr. Luttrell in Little Rock Arkansas?

If so, what do you think of his work? He is Operating At St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock. I Just would like some feed back if you have had an experience with him or his staff. Thanks so much!    — cindyedens (posted on September 3, 2003)

Hi....... Are you using Dr.Luttrell because you are self-pay? If so, I was also self-pay and did alot of research on on Dr. Luttrell, Dr. Baker and Dr. Gibbs. Dr.Gibbs I found to have the most experiance, being he trains other surgeons to do the Lap-Rny. They all use the same hospital to do the surgery's, and Dr.Lutrell and Dr. Gibbs are in the same office. I did not use any of these surgeons because all 3 use a staple line to divide, you can go to my profile and get their website address and it shows you how they preform the operation. I decided to use Dr.Aguirre in Ensenada Mexico, he has alot of experiance and does a complete stomach seperation and at the time I went his price was 6,500.00 for everything except travel expenses. I went to Little Rock, Ark. for my surgery. I had Dr. Ozment. He trained Dr. Gibbs, Dr. Baker, and Dr. Luttrel. He has more experience than any of these doctors. He has done over 8,000 RNY. Good luck to you.
