Question:
Lots of questions! Anyone have their belly buttons pierced?

I didnt even bother to ask this to the surgeons office today when I talked to them, but does anyone have their belly button pierced? I do and I am having Lap done, but i forgot where the incisions are. Am I going to lose my piercing site? Has anyone had a "thigh tuck" done? If so, I'd like to hear from you all. I had lap RNY on July 1st 2003, I had my belly button periced before the surgery. I took it out right before the surgery but then put it back in. Its fine now with no problems. None of the cuts were even close to my belly button. I guess it may depend on how your body structure is according to where they make the cuts. Good Luck!

One of my incisions was IN my belly button - vertically. The way that it was done, if I'd had a belly ring, it definitely would have been gone. Sorry! :(
