Question:
Where in San Luis Obispo can I find a post op support group

Hey all loosers and loosettes.. I just moved to the central coast and am looking for support groups in my area. Is there somewhere here that I can find a meeting in my area? Im not having any luck looking anything up here. Thanks alot    — Kim S. (posted on July 10, 2003)

hiya~ welcome to the central coast and central coast life savors (we "savor" life). we have several meetings but i don't have the list in front of me.... our "main" group meets the 3rd saturday of the month at the arroyo grande hospital annex room (in back of ag hospital) from 12:30-2:30pm. the group i facilitate is in atascadero on 3rd thursday of the month (next week!) at mid state bank, 6950 el camino real, atascadero (cross of hwy 41). email me directly and i can get you a list of all meetings (we also meet in san luis obispo but thats a pretty small group; lompoc and santa maria.) we also have a group for people one year plus post op... and we have a website for our group... looking forward to meeting you! {{hugs}} kate [email protected] www.geocities.com/katebme2002
