Question:
A question for the ladies out there.
I am 9 weeks out and down 37 lbs. Almost immediately I noticed a loss in my chest. Problem is the loss is not even! I would hate to lose all of this weight and be lopsided!! I am not working out yet, but am walking. Can weights help? — Wendy S. (posted on July 8, 2003)

I just noticed for the first time the other day that one of mine is now
hanging lower than the other...yikes! I was just the opposite, I am 5
months out and only just started dropping cup size in the last month or so.
I also do weights three times a week and I'm not sure if it has made any
difference. Hopefully, everything will even out in the end though! Good
luck.

While in nursing school many years ago, we were taught that breasts are
naturally uneven in size. Most everyone has one larger/smaller than the
other. The degree of difference is different with each person. I am 7-1/2
weeks post op and have noticed that the difference in size has become more
noticable. I'm actually thinking (for the first time) that I may need to
have breast implants to even them out. Only time will tell.

I remember when I noticed I was uneven. I guess at certain points of the
month this can be more pronounced than others, and the day I noticed this
the difference was VERY noticeable - I was panicky like this was a major
problem, not cosmetic, but somehow dangerous - like cancer was filling up
the bigger one! Luckily it was just the natural state of imperfection we
all have. Some people have such a difference in each foot that they have
to have a different size shoe for the left than they do for the right. Our
bodies are just made that way. So, if you are becoming uneven, you will be
joining the club. Since boobs are basically fat, not muscle, you can't do
much to change them outside of surgery (or padding, etc.) You can exercise
the underlying muscle, but that would not make them more even - at least I
sure doubt it.

Yes, ladies, it's true. Most of us are not even. Very few people have
really symetrical breasts. It's just that when you're big, it is less
obvious. My PS made adjustments to get me to be even on both sides. I now
have twin peaks!

Don't feel bad...after my pregnancy with my son, my boobs went from B cup
to D cup, and the left one is much larger then the right. It never used to
be like this. Its very noticable. I'm hoping that loosing weight will
even them out again.
