Question:
anybody have cigna ppo?

i just got cigna and im wondering if thier approval record was any good or do they give everyone a hard time???    — lisa A. (posted on June 21, 2003)

I have Cigna and was approved in 3 days in May. They gave me no problems but I heard someone on here recently say that they were going to stop covering it in September. Has anyone else heard that??? They also said they changes requirements at the end of March. I don't know.... They were easy to work with in my experience. Good luck

I have Cigna PPO .. Had my surgery in March .. No problems with approval :) Good luck

I have Cigna PPO and haven't had any problems with them other than it took them forever to approve my request for the surgery. Everytime I've ever called them with questions, they've always been very responsive and very helpful. Good luck in your quest.

I have Cigna PPO and they covered me. All it took was the paperwork from the doctor's office and some patience (it took about a month to get approval).
