Question:
Has anyone used him in the MPLS area?

If you're talking about Dr. Tom Jones of St. Louis Park, there are quite a few comments about him from other members. Go to Find A Doc, click on Minnesota, then scroll down till you find his name. Then to the right of his name, click on View. That will bring up a page with comments from his patients.

I didn't use Dr. Jones, but I think (his name showed up on my billing) he assisted on my surgery with Dr. Svenden (even though at the time I thought Wetheriile was going to assist). I was thrilled with my experience at Park Nicollet and Methodist and have referred three people there since my surgery in January. The wait time for the info meeting was only about two WEEKS...compared to other local wait times of 2-4 MONTHS. At the time of my surgery the average wait time from the info meeting to surgery was only 6-8 weeks...but unfortunately, this has changed to about 6 months right now. The staff is wonderful...and they treat like you are paying for their services...which you are. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes from the time I set foot in the office until I was taken to my room. The staff is very helpful and makes sure to give you the time you need to ask questions, etc. You know, I've been through Health Partners and Allina clinics and after my experiences with Park Nicollet over the past few years, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
