After the initial recuperation period, the sky's the limit. People have
run Marathons, Triathalons, and participated in all the activities you
mentioned. I am still waiting to hear about someone in an Eco-Challenge :)

<font color="007000" face="tahoma">I had my one
month post op appointment today, and I was told I no longer have any
expercise restrictions, except I have to wait 2 more weeks before doing
Yoga again. (But then Yoga is all bending and twisting at the waist so I
can understand). Good Luck on your WLS Journey! Wendy D ~~ 1 Month Post Op

My surgery was 10/22/02 and I started walking the treadmill after 3 weeks.
By my sixth week I was doing 6 different machines, 2 for upper arms, 1 for
back strength, 1 for ads, an inner and an outer thigh machine. I have just
started arobics 2 days a week. I still don't do some of the things I would
like to do because I feel that 185# my joints won't support me. My next
goal is the cross trainer and the manual treadmill.
