I have not used this product but there was a girl on here that had ordered a sample and she said it was GROSS... I use Isopure Zero Carb the Grape Frost 40 grams protein a bottle. It is thin like koolaide. you can find it at most Gym's. Good luck 3-04-03 -56lbs
