Question:
GHI/Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield/Intracorp Dealings with them

Has anyone dealt with GHI and Intracorp? When my claim was submitted, it was sent for pre-certification to Intracorp. I had no idea the GHI worked with this company. I was denied the day it was sent due to the fact that I did not have a 6 month supervised diet. I had submitted 16 yrs of diet history but they said it wasn't good enough. If anyone could give me some information on how to deal with them I would really appreicate it. I plan on appealing but I'm not sure how to go about it. Thanks    — Lisa N. (posted on May 17, 2003)
