Question:
is it too late to tighten saggy skin?

I am 9 months post op, down 95lbs, I have been very busy at work the last few months. I've been neglecting to excercise. Now that the weather is breaking I'd like to start a routine to tighten my legs and butt. Is there any hope after this much weight loss?    — kay G. (posted on March 30, 2003)

Kay- it's never too late! I didn't start exercising until about 7 months out. In less than 3 months of going to the gym (doing cardio and lifting weights) I now have pretty nice arms with muscles that show through even when I don't flex, and my legs are tighter and butt is small and has taken better shape now that I am working on it. It was hard to get my butt moving to exercise,too, but once I did it, I felt even better about myself and gained so much more energy. So it's never too late to get in shape! Goodluck to you :)
