Question:
Does increasing your water intake make you hungry?
Is anyone else out there finding that when the drink water it makes them hungry. I notice that recently I've tried to increase my water intake, and I seem to be hungry all day long, I find that I snack more than usual, and before when I only drank the minimum amount of water I could go from breakfast to lunch to dinner without snacking. If your a weirdo then I'm one too. I too get hungry after drinking water.
And I wait the set amount of time before and after meals. But whats crazy
is that if I drink something with flavor in it like tea with sugar-free
raspberry flavoring, coffee, diet snapple, or diet lemonade... perfectly
fine. Almost like a mini meal for me. So do not fret sweetie, can't tell
you what it is, but I'm in the same boat. I just try to ignore it. Good
luck!!

Drinking water causes your pouch to empty out faster, so that may be the
cause. Could you time your water consumption so that you wait a couple of
hours after eating, then drink as much as you can, finishing up about 15
minutes before your next meal. This is called water loading and is suppose
to help hunger.
