You can also purchase them at Best Buy or Target. I know at Super Target locally they were $6.99/tape or $19.99 for the DVD set of all three. You don't get the ball weights with these, but you can get those probably at Target or Walmart.

Sam's Wholesale Club has them in a nice boxed set, includes the 3 tapes and the water weight balls for $17.99.
