Question:
What do I expect to happen during this visit?

The second visit before surgery---- i suppose you are referring to your "preadmission Testing" visit. I just had mine yesterday,I went to the bariatric treatment center in ypsilanti michigan.. I had a gall bladder ultrasound, a chest x ray, some blood work was drawn, including arterial blood gases --drew blood from my wrist{She had to poke and dig but finally had some luck.. it wasn't too pleasant but nothing i couldn't tolerate},met with the dietician, met with a nurse, did a breathing test with the pulmonary function gal and got the incentive spirometer to do the breathing exercises with, an internist checked me over briefly and asked me lots of questions..That was basically it... pretty uneventful.. took 3 hours
