How can I find out the number of deaths that occurred in a particular hospital after

a patient had gastric bypass surgery? I'm post-op but have not heard good things about a particular hospital in the Boston area. In the alternative, who or what medical personnel/medical authority could I contact to investigate the hospital?    — Esse (posted on September 11, 2002)
