Question:
Has anyone had trouble with Humana not

Dr. office mailed out paperwork on 7-12-02. As of 8-16 they stated they didn't have anything. But, didn't have a fax # they could give me. Any idea on how to hurry things along? My surgeon fax my paperwork Friday morning and humana approved me that evening..

I have Choice Care. I haven't been approved yet, but I just spoke with them and they said they try to make it as easy as possible to get approved because they (their words) "love this surgery." They also gave me a fax number -- 920-337-8125. Email me if you need any more info.

Humana took about 2wks for me. With my experience with them, if you don't like what you hear, call back and get someone different. Once I had to call 3 different times b/c the people I dealt with didn't seem to know what they were talking about.... Good luck! Post-op surgery date 7/8 -28#s
