Question:
Has anyone gotten approval from MPlan MMG in Indianapolis?

My doctor has sent a second request for my surgery but I was again denied because of not having the 18 months of doctor supervised weight loss. Has anyone else had this problem with MPlan MMG and what did you do to resolve it? Thanks    — Carol S. (posted on July 26, 2002)
