Hi. My Dr had us start with 2 days clear liquids warm or cold. then 2 weeks of pureed protein. including cottage cheese, chicke, eggs, veal, fish, beef,pork. NO CARBS. we could use butter and mayo with the pureed food. after 2 weeks we could begin foods that needed chewing. and chew each little bite at least 20 times each! make each meal last 15-20 min. eat slow, chew well and you should have no problem. PS: from personal experience, london broil is to hard to digest. eat everything moist. dry stuff is hard to digest. good luck
