Someone e-mailed me a message saying to start drinkinig plenty of water and
to get out of the house and start walking. Well that next day I walked 1
mile at a local track and have been walking every since. Walked every 5-6
hours in the hospital after I had my surgery. The nurses and docs just
watched me go round and around. They didnt pay me no mind at all. I have a
drain tube and have been walking since I got home, sometimes a mile, now
I'm doing 2 miles and I cant feel the drain at all. I contribute my
wonderful recovery to that e-mail that I had received and being smart
enough to taking that suggestion. Good luck on whatever you decide to do.

more to strengthen my ab muscles. Best of luck to you.

Be emotionally ready / committed and line up your support.
That is the best advice that I can give you. Also, bring
non-skid slippers to the hospital. I forgot mine!

If you have long hair I suggest you braid it. After sitting in a bed all
day long at the hospital you get a lot of tangles.
