I had my panniculectomy/armlift surgery in November. One of my insurance providers approved the surgery immediately, and one denied. In the appeals process, I submitted a copy of the 1996 Position Paper from the American Society of Plastic Surgery, entitled: "Treatment of Skin Redundancy Following Massive Weight Loss".
