I need to know if anyone has Unicare HMO in Il. and was appoved I need to know.

I was to have my surgery on 9/26/01 and the day before my surgery my Dr. office called me to tell me that my insurance company said that I was not appoved because it is not a coverd benefit for any reason. I really need your help it took me three months to get ready for this surgery and for someone to call you the day before surgery to tell me that is was not going to happen I cried for two weeks.
