Help with an appeal letter

Boy do I feel wierd!!! I just answered a question above yours , and told them how easy Atena is!! For me here in Texas and on my plan, Aetna requires 2 attemps and WL at leas 12 weeks per attempt, and a BMI of 40 or 35 w/ co- morbids. Why were you denied?
