OK...Before I get too excited.....LEGISLATION JULY 1ST?!......

the question asked yest...does anyone know where I can find out more about the legislation July 1st.....I looked up the site the person gave and I'm confused...does it mean that ins must cover for all of the country? or just VA? and is it for everyone and I can't tell if it is passing...sorry I'm not good at reading what they are telling me.    — [Anonymous] (posted on June 20, 2000)

The legislation has passed and will be effective July 1, in the Commonwealth of Virginia only. It will apply to almost all health insurance coverage. Only certain short-term or very specific, restricted coverage policies will be exempt.
