Has anyone been approved by Regence Blue Shield PPO of Wa or Or

I am so discouraged....my husband's ins(Regence of OR) has an exclussion and MY new ins(Regence of WA)claims is excluded too(altough the ryn if medically necs is covered).....I could self pay for THIS surgery but I'm so afraid of possible complications etc down the road because I can't afford to pay for more than that.    — [Anonymous] (posted on May 23, 2000)
