Call your insurance carrier the representatives that answer the phone should be able to give you an answer or direct you to someone who can. Hope this helps!

i have sentara optima insurence and had surgery at sentara leigh hosp in norfolk- ins covered it all, even a breast reduction and tummy tuck one year and 100 poundes later. don't know if it is the same insurence or not
