Question:
Will our body absorb vitamin E dry from GNC?

If it is dry powder in a capsule, probably. If it is oil in a little gold ball, not likely. It isn't that we can't break down the "shell", but that absorption of this vitamin takes place in the part of intestine that is bypassed. Since we malabsorb at least some of our fats and oils, this vitamin from food is largely lost and to replace it in oil form is also a waste of money. There's also a diffrence between d-alpha and dl-alpha, but right now, just check the actual pills. Calling them water soluble in the gold balls didn't seem to help any of us, conservative or radical RNY or BPD's.
