Any one successful on getting auth thru Kaiser Antioch? Any advice to share?

I am in the process of gather information on Kaiser's WLS program and criteria. Has anyone gone thru Kaiser in Antioch? Any info on how to make the application process shorter or less complicated? Read my profile. Kaiser minimum standards must be over 50BMI to be approved with no co-morbidities. Under 50 you must have 2 co-morbidities. I was under 50 and was denied on 4 occasions. I took them to Department of Managed Health Care for California and won. Don't give up
