Question:
Does a person who has had esophagal tightening issues qualify for surgery?

Three years ago I had my esophagus stretched so that I can pass food more easily. It has been tightening back up over the last year. Does this make me a poor candidate for WLS?    — Linda R. (posted on February 12, 2004)
