Try the first two weeks of the South Beach Diet. It works for me.

An hour of cardio a day and liquids only will do it.

Eat mostly protein based meals, small amounts every few hours. Cut way
back on carbs, eliminate sugar, up the water, and do some heart pumping
cardio several times a week. You need food to fuel the metabolism to burn
the calories you take in. Cardio also burns the calories. 10 pounds in a
month is doable. Good luck.

Hi, Lower your carb intake to low to none, eat all protein meat cheese
etc...it will jumpstart your metabolism. Drink alot of water or decaf
liquids, exercise (cardio).

I have found the Weight Watchers points system to be very helpful. I don't
go to the meetings, I just had a relative show me how to count points, and
do it on my own.
Good luck!
