Vicki- have you tried contacting the Medicaid office nearest you? Also, if
you're not familiar with this site, you can search and under "Find a
Doc", I believe it says who accepts what insurance. Sorry if these
answers seem too simple. I would also suggest that maybe if you have tried
every avenue and are unable to find help, going public with your search for
WLS. Good Luck, I wish I coulld be of more help to you :o)

Hi I just read your post. I live in Pennsylvania and I am also on
medicade and when I started this whole prosess it was in Ohio and there it
didnt matter if I lived in Pa and was on Pa access or not. I don't know how
it is there in Fl but I do know going to drs for WLS out of my state was
fine. You could check it out if nothing else. I know PA or OH seem like a
long ways away but there are alot of drs here that except medicade. I hope
this helps you. :)
