Question:
I am 7 months post-op gastric bypass, but my diet is not under control.

I try to follow this simple rule: Protein first, then veggies/fruits, then other stuff IF I have room. I also try to keep my protein consumption high enough (for me 100 grams a day) and avoid "white" carbs (white bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.). I have listed on my profile what I ate at 4, 9, and 18 months if you'd like to see it.
