Question:
Stopping the weight loss?
I've lost 105 lbs in 6 months. I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 204 lbs. My problem is I am so saggy and wrinkled. I know insurance isn't going to even begin to pay for all I want done. My question is this.....Has anyone tried to stop their weight loss at a weight that is considered "above the normal weight range"? I'm afraid of what I'll look like if I lose more weight. The wrinkles are bad enough as it is. My personal goal was to lose about 35 more pounds. — Karen H. (posted on December 11, 2002)

I started looking better as time went on. My skin started tightening up
better at 1yr than it did at 6 mos. So don't stop what you are doing.
Your health will improve along with your body. Good Luck, Marsha

Losing your excess weight is the most important thing you can do for your
health. Keep it up. To help with your appearance, try weight training.
It really does help tighten up the loose, saggy skin. Especially in your
arms.
