Question:
Any one with medical mutual of ohio please help me......
I was approved for my surgery last month but am not looking at surgery for about another month but the problem is I dont know if I will last at my job for that long.I have had the flu reciently and I have a feeling that I will be loosing my job soon.What will I do if that happens,after all this that I have went through something so small might just mess this up......please some one give me advise if you have any or let me know what you went through.thank you for your time.... — nicole K. Have you ever considered Cobra? Cobra is a continuation of your coverage
that you have to pay for. From what I've seen, it's still the same policy
and everything. So, the predetermination would still be good. I know
Cobra is usually expensive, but it may be worth it. After all, BTC is a
provider for Med Mutual of Ohio. I also have the same insurance and went
through the BTC. I know they paid 100% for me. However, your policy may
be different. Just focus on the fact that you're still employed and if
that doesn't continue, there are other options out there. Good luck!!
