Question:
Can we take Geritol Complete??

I have a bottle of Geritol Complete( never been opened) that have all kinds of vitamins and Minerals and lots of B12 in it , can we take these pills? they aren't very big pills and I am a little over 8 months post-op!!    — bikerchic (posted on November 2, 2002)

I've heard of people taking those with no problems - however be aware that you need to get your b-12 from another source. It won't absorb from the intestine or the stomach and needs to be sublingual OR liquid to be absorbed.

Man-do they still make that stuff? I haven't seen it advertised since Lawrence Welk, and the Ed Sullivan shows were on.

1st poster is correct you must take your b12 sublingual OR liquid to be absorbed.
