Toni, I know Lexington is 75mi., but I went to C.Christopher Allen at 111 Dennis Drive (just off Nicholasville Rd.) My surgeon from UK sent me to him. His # is 859-276-5243. However, if your doctor doesn't care who you go to, you can probably pick and choose from the phone book. If they need to know specifics to look for, they can call your surgeon.

I just wanted to say thank you for those who answered me and sent email. I have sat here with my phone book after calling Dr. Allen's office and asking what he was looking for in a psych eval and I am going to post the places I have found that will do these evals in Somerset. I have an appointment with the 1st place listed for next Tuesday, less than 1 week!!! Thanks again to all who answered and to all my AMOS family for the support!
