You should pick up the telephone and call them. Let's face it you are the
one that needs them, they might have so many messages it might take a while
to respond.

I just had to respond because I work for lawyers...Alot of times they don't
check their messages/emails. You definately want to call the office-be
persistant. Also, you should consult more than one to get a feel for how
their offices work and which one will be most beneficial to you. Also,
make sure to speak with the legal assistants, as that is probably who you
will be in contact with 90% of the time...(trust me, I am a Paralegal/Legal
Assistant)

E-mail Walter again. Include short summary reference what your insurance
policy says, i.e., exclusions, medical necessity, etc... and what if
anything you have all ready done to get the procedure approved. I e-mailed
my "story" to him on a Friday and had a response from him the
following Monday afternoon. He will send you all you need to know about
his services and the kind of services he offers and what his fees are. He
will give you a list of all he needs to get from you to look into your case
to see if he can be of any help to you. He has now faxed the appeal he
prepared for me to the human resources office of my husband's employer and
are waiting a response. Good luck to you!!!!

Keep trying to get ahold of them. They understand WLS laws probably better
than any other lawyer firm out there. From the sounds of it, they are
pretty busy and may have had some server problems, but don't give up on it.
Good Luck.
