Does anyone know about the patient Dr. Horrilleno in Dallas, TX, Lost

I heard that Dr. Horrilleno in Dallas, TX. LOST a patient. Does anyone know what exactly happened? Was it the patient's medical history or Doctor's error? The reason I am asking is because I am considering in having this WLS with Dr. Horrilleno, but I do not know how experienced he is and if I should consider another doctor in my area. I know that when we have this or any other major surgery, there are risks, but we can also protect ourself and do research on any doctor that we are considering.
