Does anyone know how or where I can get a list?

co-morbidities!! I know this isn't a complete list by far, but I hope it

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (same as psudeotumor cerebra, right?);

Congestive Heart failure and cardiomyopathy;

Bells Palsy;

Cardiovascular disease;
Ocular Hypertension;
High Cholesterol;
Elevated Triglycerides;
Hypothyroidism;

frequent yeast infections;
