Has anyone recieved an approval after their 2nd appeal letter was sent?

I had received a conditional approval after my 2nd denial letter and a request to present my information before a review board. I was approved and never had to talk to anyone. I turned in my additional information the day before I went and was approved with the condition of a psych evaluation. CIGNA HMO
