Question:
Can you eat a whole sandwich?
I looked at previous questions re this matter and it seems that most can only eat 1/2 sandwich. I can eat a whole peanut butter sandwich and feel ok. I am 6 months post op and I tolerate foods pretty good though sometimes I get the "food shock". I have lost 85 pounds and am at 190. I don't think that the whole sandwich will affect my weight loss so much because that will be all that I can eat. — michelle M. (posted on January 25, 2001)

Trust yourself. Peanut butter's pretty soft. Some days I can do the same,
others I can only eat a half sandwich. You're doing fine. Don't feel
guilty.

I agree, there are days I can eat a whole sandwich and other things, then
there are days I can get in only my requirements..... I am 10 months
post-op down 110 pounds! I must be doing something right!
