Has anyone self-paid with Dr Donald McConnell in Portland OR

I am self paying in Eugene, OR with Dr. Flanagan. The Dr offices in portland did not seem very helpful when mentioning self pay plus they have a long, very long wait to see a dr. Dr Flanagan in eugene, OR has two options. I'm paying full price up front and receiveing a 20% discount. I've spent years saving the money while being denied by insurance - 2 different insurance companies twice. Then I'm making a lump sum payment to Sacred Heart Hospital up front and receiving a 10% discount from them on my final bill. I'm hoping my hospital stay will only be three days. Anyways the hospital bills you for the difference or refunds any extra money if all goes better than average. Anyways Dr Flanagan also accepts 1/2 payment up front and you can make arrangements for the rest of it.
