how do i put those journal entries on my profile page??

http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/newauthenter.phtml then sign in a page will pop up and you can do lots, to add journal entry just click on the General Info link and enter there... Hope that helps... there are lots of other things you can do on this page, so take a little time and peruse...
