Question:
Does anyone know of a way to get rid of the fat above the bra line?
I bought a cute little dress for Mother's Day (size 10!) that fits wonderful except for in the bust. But believe me - it's not my bust that's too big! I have this fat (blubber) that peaks out at the top of my bra line right under my armpit. I know how to work my bat wings (triceps) but what move targets this part? Hi there, Pam! I'm not done losing yet, so I haven't put as much energy
into this, but when I was very young and used to weight-lift with my
brother, to get better Obliques we used to take a long stick, or even a
weight-lifting bar and bend to the side as far as you can go. Do several
reps and then switch sides. I know he used to use a 10 lb dumbbell,
because he was trying to develop his "wings", but it helps alot
to just firm it up. Vi open RNY 9/23/02 down 129 lbs

Incline flyes are a great exercise for that. You can use either dumbells
or the flye machine at the gym. Flyes give very nice definition to the
entire chest area and tone everything up. Check out

You might try a long line bra for a quick fix..

You could try a new bra. Take the new dress with you too. Go to a big dept
store that has a large lingere area with sales ladies that will measure you
and fit you for the proper style. With the right bra you can avoid any
'overflow' and a properly fitted one will also give you a nice shape. Good
luck.

After the panni/tummy issue, the fat that hangs over the bra under the arms
and in my upper back is my #2 "issue." I'm going about it with a
surgical approach. My first plastics will be an extended abdominoplasty and
brachioplasty (arms). The second phase of plastics will be inner thighs and
a breast reduction/lift, with most of the extra tissue coming more from
under the arms and around the back instead of the actual breast. Being an
apple shape really does bite sometimes. Good Luck to you - Anna LAP RNY
