Does anyone know anything about Dr. Alex Argotte in Mayfield, KY?

Does anyone know anything about Dr. Alex Argotte in Mayfield, KY? He is the closest bariatric surgeon to my home in Paducah,KY. I called his office today and have an appointment to see him Monday. I don't know anything about Dr. Argotte but I called his office and asked if he does revisions. I have had a heck of a time finding a doctor in my network that is still doing revisions. I had rny bypass back in November 6, 1978. I went from 270 down to 138 and kept my weight off for 18 years and then started gradually gaining my weight back. I am at 255 now and want to have a revision so badly because I want to be heathly again for my self and my grandkids. Dr. Argotti's nurse called me back and asked me to send my surgery notes and Dr. Argotti would read over them and then let me know if he will perform a revision on me. That saved me a long (4 1/2 hours driving one way for I live in Frankfort, KY)trip and office call. If he will do the revision I will make the trip to him. I also am going to see Dr. George Liu in Corbin and I don't know much about him. Good luck with Dr. Argotti and I will be watching to see how it goes for you. Helen Marie
