I read on the internet about a Cottage Cheese Test that can help

determine your pouch size. Does anyone know about this test. How to do it? or where I can get information about this test.... I would like to know how large my pouch is. Here is the quote from the internet- "The cottage cheese test gives us significant information as to how large the pouch is, and that is the reason why we ask you to do this test on your return visits to our office starting at 3 month"    — Lisa A. The cottage chesse test is this: You eat as much cottage cheese as you comfortably can in 5-15 minutes. The amount you are able to eat is the size of your pouch. It should not be any bigger than 1 1/2 cups at the max.
