"Dots" are the brand name of Twin Labs B-12 pills. They are
small and go under the tongue. They dissolve quickly and contain 500 mcg
of B-12 each. I use 2 every morning.

Injection is a sure thing. But some do very well with the dots. I do not,
because I am not faithful to anything I have to "taste", like a
lozenge or chewable or these, which are closer to a lozenge. Personal
preference. The shots are easier for me, because i WILL do that right on
schedule.

I use the dots/sublinguals-- 500mg a day. Some use 1000 mg once every two
days, but I wanted to take it daily, to get into a routine that I'd
remember.<br>
Shots are ok, and some people give them to themselves. However, my surgeon
told me that some people find that the shots wear off in less than a month,
and they spend the last week tired. I did not want to take that chance.
