Question:
bcbs of michigan approval for abdominoplasty?

Yes... the only thing I can tell you is document, document, document! Write down everyone you talked to, what date, what was said, etc. I fought with them tooth and nail for months... finally, they paid.

Yes, it was approved but it took MONTHS...and we asked for the TT and thighs and a breast lift and all they approved was the TT. I am told if we appeal the thigh decision they will probably approve..but I'm going for the TT while I can, surgery is 2/14/03. Good Luck!

Yes, I had the tt/hernia in June 02, when to a plastic surgeon who took pictures,and turned in the proper paperwork, was approved in a few weeks. I think the pictures proved the need, Good luck to you, Susie
