would anyone thats had Gastric Bypass Surgery (lap) or (open) that has (CHA INS) please e-mail me. i need to know how hard it is to get approved by them, i do know that they cover this type of surgery under very strict criteria. they are among the least Insurers that i have seen on this website.    — patricia M.
