Question:
Does anyone know of a wls friendly doctor in houston ?

Hi there, are you interested in a PCP? I live in West Columbia which is near Lake Jackson. I go to Dr. Neumann and when I told her I needed a referral for WLS she said, "Not a problem". She knew of my diabetes and supported my decision even though I was considered a light weight. I also used Dr. Scarborough as my surgeon and was very impressed with his surgical skill as well as the bariatric program nurse, Connie Pollard. Hope this helps...

Hi Lisa, Are you looking for a surgeon or PCP? Let me know ... I am going to NeWeigh for my surgery - Dr. Alanis - 713-795-0200 and two docs that I know are WLS friendly are Morris Shalit and Cyril Wolf. Let me know if you need their numbers. Best of luck. Lisa (your fellow Houstonian)

I just moved to Ks. a little over a year ago and went back down there in July of this year to get a check up and reccomendation for wls from my PCP. His name is Dr. Fred Bakht on San Felipe. If you need anymore info just email me.
