Did you change PCP and still no letter of medical necessity?

has anyone change PCP to get letter of necessity and still have no luck. the new Dr. refused to write letter saying he doesn't know me, so he couldn't write letter for me If so what did you do or what would you do.    — deniece M. (posted on December 4, 2002)
